of all of our customers.
Your personal information will only be used for the completion
of your order. Your email address is used to answer any
questions that you or we might have, for sending the draft of your order
for your approval, and to notify you of shipping and to complete your order. We do not ever rent, sell, loan, or
share any of our customers' personal information for any reason.
Newsletter
If you would like to subscribe
to our email newsletter, featuring holiday tips and historical
tidbits, as well as regular special offers and freebies on
some of our products, please send an email to: this
email address. The newsletter's subscriber-list is not
shared with any other company, and you are free to unsubscribe
at any time.
Custom work
The majority of our available
designs are already created, and can be personalized with any
name and date or other wording you desire.
However, if you need something unique, just give us a call
or an email.
We're happy to create something special just for you. Your order
entitles you to three (3) unique design choices, and three (3)
major changes are included plus all spelling corrections.
Please be aware that if you do
choose this option, your order will obviously take longer to
complete. So if you need a custom design, please add extra time
before your delivery date to make sure we can come up with a
design that will be everything you imagine.
Copyright Policies
for custom work
All of our pre-made designs
utilize graphics that are either purchased by us or come
royalty-free. We can insert a photo that you provide, as long as
you get permission from the original photographer first.
If you have a
business and would like us to use your company logo, we can do
that. However, we'll need signed permission by the copyright
owner prior to using it. We are very sorry, but we cannot use
any characters or logos that are copyrighted to someone else
without written permission.
Due to trademark and copyright
laws, images we absolutely can not use include anything by Disney,
Barbie, Warner Bros., Dora, Sesame Street, Spongebob,
Blues Clues, etc. We can find you something that fits the
color scheme and style of the character theme, we just can't
actually use any images of the characters. They are copyrighted.

Keepsakes will not design anything having to do with
pornography, racist, illegal acts, or hate-oriented. We do reserve
the right to refuse any order for any reason. Thank you.
Order processing time
Your order will be ready within the shortest timeframe
possible. Usually, you can expect your order to be completed
within 7-10 business days. If you need your order sooner, please
let us know and we'll see what we can do.
The larger your order, the
longer it will take to physically process. If we feel that we will
be unable to complete your order in the amount of time
specified, we will notify you.
We request that you place your
order no less than 14 business days before the event.
Please keep in mind all of the various stages that production
needs to go through (designing, proofing, printing, wrapping,
and shipping), and plan accordingly.
Also, please consider that if
you have paid by check we must wait for the check to clear
before we can start. Figure in the shipping time it will take
for your order to reach you, as well - it can take a week for
UPS or DHL to deliver, and the USPS can vary. If you are in a hurry, we
can use Fedex Overnight.
Once your order has been
completed and shipped, you will receive an email stating that
your order is on its way!
If you are local to us,
however, you are always free to either have us deliver or you
may come and pick it up.
